For tax exempt sales, customers can email health@foh.cc to supply FOH® with a copy of their State Resale or Exemption Certificate.

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claims must be reported to Customer Service within five (5) days of receipt.

All orders for FOH® Health Essentials at fohhealth.com are final, non-cancellable, and non-returnable. If, however, there is a problem with your order, our Health Essentials customer service team will try our best to find a solution.
- All custom items have a strict no-return and no-cancel policy.
- Due to personal nature of FOH® Health Essentials PPE products, no returns will be allowed. Product that is refused will not be credited, but can be re-shipped at an additional cost.
