  • Inventory and delivery are based on when orders are placed. Customers are encouraged to place orders now to reserve product and ensure prompt delivery once product is available. 
  • All orders are shipped FOB USA.
  • Bulk or wholesale PPE orders can be customized depending on size and complexity. To get more information on customization, email health@foh.cc
  • Website prices are subject to change.
  • For tax exempt sales, customers can email health@foh.cc to supply FOH® with a copy of their State Resale or Exemption Certificate.
  • Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claims must be reported to Customer Service within five (5) days of receipt.
  • Freight charges assessed are for standard, ground shipping costs. To inquire about costs for expedited shipping please email health@foh.cc
  • For international shipments please email health@foh.cc
  • All orders for FOH® Health Essentials at fohhealth.com are final, non-cancellable, and non-returnable. If, however, there is a problem with your order, our Health Essentials customer service team will try our best to find a solution.  
  • All custom items have a strict no-return and no-cancel policy.
  • Due to personal nature of FOH® Health Essentials PPE products, no returns will be allowed. Product that is refused will not be credited, but can be re-shipped at an additional cost.
